Problem :
#1 Problem: Cannot power on / Can't be opened:
Solution :
1：Please push the DVD Drive front panel (where you load the disc) hard to ensure better inner power contact (the inner SATA interface may be loosened during long-distance transportation).
Solution :
2：Insert a fine needle, bent paperclip or SIM eject tool into the hole near the button and gently push until the tray pops out.
Problem :
#10 Problem: One of my computers cannot run the external CD/DVD drive.
Solution :
Please tell us the brand and model of the computer that cannot work with the CD/DVD drive, we will reply to you and provide steps via email.
Problem :
#11 Problem: This device cannot run on multiple computers.
Solution :
This CD/DVD drive may be defective or damaged during shipment, you can contact Amazon to replace a new one for free or send a message to us and allow us to arrange a free replacement for you.

If you have no time to wait for a new device, please contact Amazon to get a return label and return it for a full refund.

#14 Problem: Use extra port or extension cords on Apple computer, drive not working?
Solution :
1: Please chose the wireless adapter for Apple computer to avoid power failure caused by unqualified extension cords
2: It is recommended to use thunderbolt port to prevent power shortage

#15 Problem: Computer cannot recognize the drive?
Solution :
1: Whether the drive can be recognized depends on the internal driver program （which was installed when you install the computer system） installed in your computer. Please make sure your computer have downloaded CD/DVD driver before using the CD-ROM drive. If you do not sure which to downloaded you can contact us for link.
Solution :
2: The drive will not be recognized if your computer cannot provide it enough power supply ( The highest power
consumption of the drive is 5V,2A.). We suggest to have the computer fully charged and use the Thunderbolt port to prevent power shortage.
Solution :
3: For Apple system, computer reads CD/DVD first, then the drive can be recognized and shall show up. So after drive connected put a disc into the drive first.
