This CD/DVD drive may be defective or damaged during shipment, you can contact Amazon to replace a new one for free or send a message to us and allow us to arrange a free replacement for you.
If you have no time to wait for a new device, please contact Amazon to get a return label and return it for a full refund.

- #13 Problem: Cannot eject disc.
- Solution :
- 1: For Apple System, please eject disk from your computer.
- Solution :
- 2: Insert a fine needle, bent paperclip or SIM eject tool into the hole near the open button on the drive and gently push until the tray pops out.

- #14 Problem: Use extra port or extension cords on Apple computer, drive not working?
